Data integrity is one of the Baim Institute’s core strengths. Our Data Management team partners closely with other operational groups to streamline processes, enhance data quality, and support efficient study execution. Data Managers remain actively involved throughout the trial, monitoring study conduct to ensure progress aligns with expectations.
Our robust Electronic Data Capture (EDC) capabilities further strengthen our services. EDC has been a cornerstone of Baim’s operations since 2006. We have extensive experience with Oracle InForm and Merative/Zelta (formerly IBM Clinical / Merge eClinical OS), having built more than 30 clinical databases in InForm and 25 EDC studies in Merative—22 completed and 3 currently active. This breadth of experience highlights our strong database-design expertise and our proficiency in supporting these platforms.
In addition to Merative, the Baim Institute utilizes the iMedNet EDC system, which is rapidly emerging as a preferred platform across the industry. This flexibility allows us to assess and recommend the most suitable EDC solution for each study. Baim currently manages 17 active studies in iMedNet, with 11 completed and 5 new builds underway. We are also a member of the iMedNet Customer Advisory Board and have certified iMedNet builders and dedicated project managers on staff.
Across all platforms, the Baim Institute has provided EDC user-management support to more than 900 global sites conducting studies in InForm, Merative/Zelta, and iMedNet.
